Today is ending up a lot healthier than yesterday. I've already had more protein and fiber than the entire week combined!
B/f--oatmeal=3
snack--kashi bar=2
lunch--spinach salad w/ham, turkey, black beans=4
dinner--mexican taco salad=10
beer=2
I did my insane spin/body pump class this morning for 1.5 hrs and 725 calories!
