Food/Exercise Journal

Here's what I had today and the point values:

Breakfast: cup Raisin Bran = 3 and cup skim milk = 2
Lunch: Healthy Choice Beef Tips w/gravy, broccoli, carrots, mashed potatoes and apple crisp = 6 and salad w/1 tbsp Newman's Own Sesame Ginger Dressing = 0
Snack: 1 mini M&M = 0 and mini bag of popcorn = 1
Dinner: Applebee's - WW Onion Soup Au Gratin = 3 and Chili-Lime Tilapia w/rice and broccoli = 6

Total = 21

8 cups of water
45 min Turbo Jam video = 3
