Monday

Here's what I got so far...

Breakfast--kashi bar=2
Snack--1/2 banana=1
Lunch--1/2 soup=0
sun chips=3
carrots=1
dinner--ravoli=7
marinara=0
bread=?
wine=4

I worked out for 1.5 hrs this morning and burned 750 calories! Go me!

I'm trying to remember that this is only day 1. I can't believe I'm starting over on this journey again. Damn pregnancy!
