Week 3 ~ April 10

Jamie - kickin every one's ass-J is down 3 pounds / For a total of 5
Jen - I won't be left behind-T is down 2.6 / For a total of 1
Beth - need some motivation - S / Has maintained
Tracey - stressed but not giving up - G / Has maintained
Amy - thinks she has a fast metabolism (ha! right!) - Y is down 1.5 / For a total of 1.5


Some tricks to our success:
Running (5Ks in under 30 minutes)
Bit of Honey
BBQ on Mac N' Cheese
French Fries on Frosty
Eating real stuff but just a little ~
And, using a small spoon
