I don't have a very good recipe to put up right now, but I do have a great lunch idea to share.

This has been my staple lunch the past few weeks. Best of all, it's meatless so we all can enjoy!

Progresso Light Zesty Southwestern -style Vegetable Soup--2 pt for entire can, 0 pt for 1/2 can (1 can=120 calories, 0 fat, 8g fiber)
All-Bran Garlic Herb crackers-2 pts for 18 crackers (120 cal, 6g fat, 5g fiber)
Jello sugar free dulce de leche caramel pudding--1 pt (60 cal, 1g fat, 0 fiber)

Total ww pts for this delicious lunch=5pts!
