Recipe: Lemon Pie

Mix 2 tsp Crystal Light (from the tub) into a large vanilla sugar free pudding. Add 2 c. skim milk. Fold in 3/4 of a small tub of Cool Whip Free. Pour into a reduced fat graham cracker crust. Put in the fridge to set. Add remaining cool whip to the top.

1/8 of the pie = 2 points!
